Fairvue Farm LLC is located in western Hanover County, 30 miles west of Richmond, VA, on rolling terrain surrounded by farmland. This historic barn was originally built around 1780 and was renovated in 2001. It is part brick and part board & batten with a cobblestone aisle way and inlaid mats at cross-ties. The barn has 8 matted stalls, a feed room with water cooler and fridge, a wash stall with hot/cold water and heat lamps, and a tack room. The property is 27.5 acres total and includes 4 turnout pastures with mostly board fencing and plenty of forage, 1 lay-up paddock, and access to trails on the powerlines. The riding ring is 100' x 200' with metal halide lighting. The farm is owned and operated by husband and wife, Denzil Perkins and Lucy Farace, who have over 10 years' experience in boarding horses. Denzil and Lucy perform all feeding, handling, and care services.
